Do I need a permit for my building?

We advise that you check with your local government as to applicable building codes. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to purchase any and all required permits.

Can I change the layout of the building?

Yes, we can change the location and arrangement of the windows, lofts, and doors.

What about site preparation?

The site needs to be basically flat and free of obstructions or debris. If the site is within 6" of level, nothing needs to be done. Leveling of the building is done with pressure-treated wood blocks and concrete blocks

Do you build your buildings on site or do you deliver them already built?

We build our buildings in our manufacturing plant and deliver them to you.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free within 250 miles of our manufacturing plant in Norman, OK.
